​Product return

​Return of goods of proper quality

Refunds can be made according to Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights"  within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase.

The product can be returned under conditions:

  • the product was not used;
  • the marketable appearance of the product is preserved;
  • all original tags, seals, labels, labels, etc. retained;
  • the integrity of the product assembly and packaging is not violated;
  • a warranty card (if there is a product warranty) and a document confirming payment are saved;
  • the product is not included in the list of goods of inadequate quality, the return of which is limited by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (Decision of March 19, 1994 No. 172).

Procedure for returning goods:

  1. Check the readiness of the product for return, according to the conditions given above.
  2. Send a scan copy or photo of the completed and signed application, as well as a document confirming payment by e-mail  [email protected]   or in form support services.
  3. Within 3 working days, from the moment of receipt of the return application, the manager of the online store will contact you to agree on the details of the return.
  4. Send your product and the original return application to the address agreed with the manager.
  5. After receiving and checking the product, for compliance with the requirements for return, the money for the product will be returned within 10 days.

Return of goods of inadequate quality

Refunds can be made according to Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" , during the product warranty period.

The product can be returned under conditions:

  • goods of inadequate quality;
  • availability of confirmation of the materiality of the product defect from the manufacturer;
  • a warranty card and a document confirming payment have been saved;
  • the integrity of the product package is not violated;
  • the warranty service period is still valid.

Procedure for returning goods:

  1. Attention! Check the readiness of the product for return, according to the conditions given above.
  2. Send a scan copy or photo of the completed and signed application, as well as a document confirming payment by e-mail  [email protected]   or in form support services.
  3. Within 3 working days, from the moment of receipt of the return application, the manager of the online store will contact you to agree on the details of the return.
  4. Send your product and the original return application to the address agreed with the manager.
  5. After receiving and checking the product, for compliance with the requirements for return, the money for the product will be returned within 10 days.

The customer may be refused a return of the product if the established return conditions are not met  The Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

The consumer will be compensated only for the cost of the product itself of proper/improper quality, the cost of delivery is not refundable.

Money will be returned in the same way and in the same currency of payment for the product (unless otherwise provided by the issuing bank of your bank payment card) in which it was purchased.
